Neuraletter is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your use of generated content.

You may not use Neuraletter to create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

You may not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, overload the service, or reverse engineer our systems.

You may not use the service to send unsolicited emails, spam, or deceptive communications.

Neuraletter may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Neuraletter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, outputs, or availability.

We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuraletter and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you used a free plan.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neuraletter and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or others.
